Built by Hand. Layer by Layer.
Every tray begins with a chef's decision — which cut, which tomato, which technique. We make it in small batches so nothing is rushed and nothing is hidden.
100% All-Beef
We use whole cuts of beef — never filler blends — braised low and slow until the sauce carries real depth you can taste in every forkful.
Pork-FreeServes 9–14
A full-size family tray portioned by a chef, not a factory line — generous enough for a gathering, special enough for a dinner party.
Chef-Crafted
Our chefs assemble every tray by hand in small batches. No conveyor belts, no shortcuts — just practiced technique and whole ingredients you can name.
Frozen at Peak
We freeze each tray the moment it's at its best, locking in flavor and texture so your oven finishes exactly what the kitchen started.

How to Prepare Your Lasagna
Follow these simple steps for a perfectly baked lasagna every time — no guesswork required.
-
1
Thaw Overnight
We recommend placing the frozen lasagna in the refrigerator the day before you plan to enjoy. It can safely remain refrigerated for up to 2 days (48 hours) before baking — the longer it thaws, the more evenly it will bake.
-
2
Preheat Your Oven
Set your oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and allow it to fully preheat before placing the lasagna inside.
-
3
Remove Packaging
Remove any packaging/plastic wrap — leave the pan and cover in place.
-
4
Bake Covered
Place on a cookie sheet or sheet pan and bake covered for 60–90 minutes, or until bubbling throughout. Timing may vary depending on the size of your tray and how fully it was able to thaw — a fully thawed tray will bake closer to 60 minutes, while a partially thawed or larger tray may need the full 90 minutes or slightly more.
-
5
Brown the Top (Optional)
For a golden, bubbly cheese crust, remove the foil cover & parchment paper and bake uncovered for an additional 5–10 minutes.
-
6
Rest Before Serving
Remove from the oven and let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before cutting. This helps the layers set for clean, beautiful slices.
Oven temperatures vary. Check for even bubbling throughout before removing.
Make It a Meal
Slice with Confidence
After the 10-minute rest, use a sharp knife or spatula to cut clean portions. The layers will hold.
Pair with a Crisp Salad
A simple arugula or romaine salad with lemon vinaigrette cuts through the richness perfectly.
Choose a Bold Red Wine
A Chianti, Barbera, or Montepulciano d'Abruzzo complements the beefy, savory layers beautifully.
Reheat Leftovers Right
Cover with foil and reheat at 325 °F for 20–25 minutes, or microwave individual slices covered for 2–3 minutes.
